PROTECT YOURSELF, LOVED ONES & COMMUNITY FROM COVID-19 AND OTHER TRANSMITTABLE DISEASES

At Iris Nails & Spa, safety and well-being of our customers and staff members are always our top priority. As such, the following sanitary procedures and health protection measures have been our fundamental practice since day one of our business:

  • Washing & sanitizing hands before & after each service.

  • Technician wearing masks and gloves throughout the service.

  • Sanitizing workstation between every customer.

  • Disposing liners, nail files, buffers, wooden cuticle pushers, pumice stone immediately after each customer.

  • Having all stainless-steel tools sanitized and disinfected between service.

  • Our salon is well built with an exhaust system to the latest codes to offer customers and our staff members a healthy air quality environment.

As COVID - 19 and other emerging transmittable diseases such as Monkeypox remain to be the top health concerns, our salon continues to practice precautionary and health protection measures to assure everyone’s health and well-being.

We recommend our customers to wear a mask into the salon and keep it on during your appointment. If you do not have a mask, no worries!, please let your technician know in advance and we will provide you one.

Below is a list of everything you need to know before your next appointment. We are counting on you to read and reach out to us if you have any questions.

  • IF YOU ANSWERED “YES” TO ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS, PLEASE CALL US AT 636 220 7544 TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT.

 

  1. Do you have any symptoms of COVID-19 such as fever, cough, shortness of breath (not severe), breath difficulty, muscle pain, sore throat, repeated shaking with chills, chills, or new loss of smell or taste, swollen lymph nodes, and skin conditions such as pimple like rash?

  2. Have you come into close contact (within 6 feet) with someone who has a laboratory confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis in the past 14 days?

  3. Are you ill or caring for someone who has the symptoms of COVID-19 mentioned in the first question?

  • If you know that you will be late for your appointment, please call to see if we can still accommodate you or if we need to reschedule your appointment. If you are 10 minutes late for your appointment, we can’t guarantee our availability for the service.

  • Sanitizer is available at the entrance, please make sure you sanitize your hands prior to signing in.

  • Paper service menu is available at the salon, however we highly recommend you use our E-menu via our website www.irisnailsballwin.com.

  • We recommend that our customers continue wearing a mask around others to protect themselves from COVID-19. If you do not have a mask, no worries!, please let your technician know and we will provide you one.

  • We reserve the right to stop the service if a customer shows symptoms of COVID-19 while receiving service. In such event, the customer will still pay for the service. However, the customer can come back to have the service redone at no charge when they feel well again.

We will do our best to stay on time and get everyone in and out efficiently. We acknowledge that all these precautionary and health protection measures may make you feel a bit uncomfortable. That said, we hope such practices will not put our customers in panic but merely to protect yourself, your loved ones and our community from COVID-19 and other emerging transmittable diseases being warned by CDC. We look forward to your understanding and cooperation to ensure our customers feel relaxed and enjoy their Me-time at our salon.
